Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

The primary function of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering department. This includes managing and supervising a team of engineers and technicians, as well as ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the hotel premises.
  • Implement efficient maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a larger operation.
  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
