Job Title: Senior Record Manager

Are you an accomplished record management professional seeking a challenging role? We are looking for a seasoned Senior Record Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in intercompany accounting and experience in managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage month-end closing activities, Intercompany Accounting and team management Process review intercompany transaction Understand the flow of IC transaction - both upstream and downstream process with impact on books of accounts
  2. Should understand the workflow and has proven experience in working on SLs Manage the intercompany team and ensure smooth operations SLA management and ensure all SLAs are met
  3. Should have ideated improvement ideas and implemented the same in RTR space Should have proven experience of journal reconciliations settlement and reporting experience for intercompany accounting
  4. Ensure all required documents are maintained and up-to-date Overall responsibility of team management and development
Requirements:
  • B Com Graduate
  • Preferred qualifications M Com MBA qualified
  • Good experience in BPM industry in RTR - FA preferably in Intercompany accounting
  • Good Excel presentation skills written and spoken English
  • Good communication Good client management skills
