Project Coordinator Role

VasyERP is a comprehensive enterprise resource planning platform that manages various functionalities, including eCommerce, production, inventory management, point of sale, smart retail, mobile point of sale, self-checkout, smart carts, customer relationship management, customer loyalty programs, memberships, offers and discounts, Goods and Services Tax returns, accounting, and hybrid point of sale solutions.

Our platform is designed to streamline business operations and enhance efficiency.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

  • Define project scope and objectives.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Track project costs to meet financial targets.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Utilize industry best practices throughout entire project execution.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to solve problems creatively, and proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, timeline.
