Job Title: Enterprise Integration SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to lead the development and implementation of our enterprise-wide integration strategy. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex integrations across multiple systems and platforms.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integration solutions using various technologies, including APIs, event-driven architecture, and data integration patterns.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy integration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Analyze and resolve complex integration issues, working closely with technical teams to identify and implement fixes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve integration strategies and solutions.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in leading integration or project management roles, specifically within the integration domain.
  • Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Project management certification is a plus.
