Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Identity & Access Management (IAM) specialist to fortify our enterprise identity and access management capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations, and Ping Identity solutions including Ping Access and Ping Federate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Design and implement SSO solutions across enterprise applications.
  • Integration Configuration: Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations.
  • Product Implementation: Implement and support Ping Identity solutions, including Ping Access and Ping Federate.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure authentication and authorization processes.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve identity federation, authentication, and access issues.
  • Compliance: Support security audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical expertise and knowledge transfer within the team.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SSO technologies and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Solid experience with Ping Access and Ping Federate for authentication/authorization.
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise IAM environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Educational Background

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
