Job Role: Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work showcasing their ability to design user-centered products that drive business results.

The Product Designer will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product solutions that meet customer needs. This includes working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define product requirements, create prototypes, and test designs.

The successful candidate will have a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and develop product solutions.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and designs that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  • Work closely with the design team to maintain a consistent design language across all products.
  • Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to ensure design quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a B2B SaaS product company.
  • Portfolios showcasing user-centered design solutions that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
