Job Title: User Experience Intern

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated User Experience (UX) Intern to join our team. As a UX Intern, you will play a key role in designing intuitive and user-friendly solutions that effectively communicate complex ideas.

Responsibilities:
  • Create wireframes and prototypes that translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable user feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing and functional user interfaces using industry-standard design tools.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining visual design assets, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Participate in user research activities, including user interviews and surveys, to gain insights into user needs and behaviors, informing design decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of user personas and journey maps, helping to align design solutions with user expectations and business goals.
  • Support the creation of interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder presentations, showcasing design concepts in action.
  • Assist in documenting design decisions and processes, contributing to the team's knowledge base and facilitating efficient collaboration.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Figma, FigJam, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
