**Roles & Responsibilities**As a UI Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the product development lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities include translating discussions and decisions from product specification meetings into clear and concise written specifications. You will then visualize these specifications through detailed user interface prototypes. Throughout the development cycle, you will be actively involved in maintaining, updating, and testing against the specifications and prototypes to ensure all requirements are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Specification Translation**:

- Receive input during product specification meetings.
- Translate discussions and decisions into written specifications.

**UI Prototype Development**:

- Create detailed user interface prototypes based on approved specifications.

**Testing and Quality Assurance**:

- Test functionality and interfaces against written specifications and prototypes.
- Ensure all requirements are met before submission for final QC process.

**Documentation Management**:

- Maintain and update written specifications and UI prototypes throughout the development cycle.
- Keep a central user interface template for efficient prototyping.
- Manage and update a central requirements specification document.

**Collaboration**:

- Assist in planning and clarification of requirements with development teams.

**Other responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining a central user interface template ensuring prototypes can be quickly iterated on.
- Maintaining a central requirements specification document.
- Assisting with planning and clarification of requirements with development teams.

**Project Requirements**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Adobe vector design tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI and UX design.
- Specific experience in Adobe XD (Experience Design) is a plus.
- Strong writing skills.
- Understanding of principles of user interface design is essential.
