Migration Project Lead – Technical Setup & Integration

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive end-to-end UKG migrations from Workforce Central to Dimensions. This role requires strong technical skills in system configuration, integration, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migration Governance:
    • Develop and maintain migration roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
    • Drive project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Technical System Configuration:
    • Configure UKG Workforce central and Dimensions modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Pay Rules, and Advanced Scheduling.
    • Validate system setup through rigorous testing and client walkthroughs.
  • Integration & Reporting:
    • Lead Dell Boomi integration efforts between UKG and external systems.
    • Troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows for performance and reliability.
    • Support development and customization of BIRT reports for operational and compliance needs.
  • Team Management & Initiative:
    • Mentor and guide a team of UKG analysts, technical consultants, and testers.
    • Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Central and/or Dimensions.
  • Proven track record in leading UKG migration projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Time and Attendance configuration.
  • Expertise in Boomi integration and data transformation.
  • Working knowledge of BIRT reporting and Advanced Scheduling.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in complex environments.
