Business Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to collaborate with our product development team and customers to deliver high-quality products on time.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships effectively and serve as the primary point of contact for timely support and query resolution.
  • Take regular feedbacks and proactively manage customer relationships to drive renewals and retention.
  • Work closely with Sales Teams for customer onboarding and product demos, providing comprehensive training and assistance.
  • Collaborate with product development teams and Product Managers to track milestone progress and deliveries.
  • Develop use cases, business requirements documents, wireframes prototypes, system requirements specification documents, and other functional documents.
  • Engage with technology teams to understand technical and business aspects of solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT product or services company, preferably in EdTech.
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, SRS, BRDs, prototypes, documentation, and prototyping tools.
  • Strong hands-on experience in working with all business levels and key decision-makers.
  • Outstanding English communication skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, and Hindi speaking is a plus.
