About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an analytical professional with 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of digital ad platforms, proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools, and solid understanding of attribution modeling.

  • Lead Performance Analysis: Oversee end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop Advanced Dashboards: Create and own data-driven reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
  • Drive Business Growth: Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting
