Job Title: Category Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to scale lifestyle categories by building strong brand partnerships, driving assortment strategies, and owning business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Development:
    • Partnering with Brands:
      • Identify homegrown and established lifestyle brands for strategic partnerships.
      • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements for exclusive deals and enhanced visibility.
    • Catalog Management:
      • Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business objectives.
      • Create assortment plans and ensure high product availability on store shelves.
      • Analyze consumer and market trends to curate relevant products.
Business Growth & Revenue:
  • Promote revenue and margin growth through pricing, promotions, and sales forecasting.
  • Increase GMV growth via marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal activations.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends for new business opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sourcing, design, supply chain, tech, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Share insights on customer journey, merchandising, and platform improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in category management, brand development, or business growth (lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or e-commerce preferred).

  • A proven track record in vendor negotiations, assortment planning, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple brands and stakeholders effectively.
