Operations Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable supply of high-quality products to various markets as per the business plan. Your goal is to maintain costs within budget while achieving optimal product yields.

Key Responsibilities
1. Execute production plans, monitor shop floor activities, and coordinate with support departments to ensure smooth operations.
2. Establish systems and procedures for effective manufacturing and packing controls aligned with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and global regulatory requirements.
3. Develop teams, foster multi-skilling, and promote operational excellence through lean initiatives like 5S and Kaizen.
4. Review batch production records, SOPs, and GMP documents to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Investigate deviations, change controls, and out-of-specification events, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures.
6. Effectively transfer technology and comply with regulatory standards, participating in validation and revalidation/qualification activities.
