Software Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building and testing wireless networking systems.

  • Testbed Development: You will design and develop system testbeds using various networking devices and servers to validate the performance of our wireless products.
  • Quality Assurance: You will work closely with our QA team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting: You will use your expertise in wireless protocols and packet captures to troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve customer complaints.
  • Documentation: You will create technical documentation for our internal teams and external customers to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve collaboration.
  • Training: You will train and guide junior engineers on emerging wireless technologies to ensure that they have the necessary skills to support our growing business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Lead Engineer: We require an experienced Lead Engineer with at least 8 years of experience in software development and testing.
  • Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
  • Protocol Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax protocol standards is essential.
  • Hands-on Experience: You must have hands-on experience in QA validation of Enterprise grade Wireless Access Points and troubleshooting based on Wireless packet captures.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
