About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to work in our Client Delivery Services group, interacting with Clients, Vendors, Partners, and Delivery Service staff. The ideal candidate will contribute to capturing client requirements, analyzing them, documenting, configuring, testing, implementing, and training customers for the business solution.

The ideal candidate should have a logical and analytical mind, ability to work independently or in groups, good verbal and written communication skills, and be a quick learner with high energy to work in a fast-paced organization.

  • Analyze client data for data loading, verify and test application functionality with client data
  • Capture and understand Client Requirements, analyze and map to product solution
  • Document requirements that may require further configurations
  • Client communication on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and client inquiries
  • Take client calls on issues and inquiries and navigate to closure
  • Test the system functionality, report issues, and drive to completion
  • Coordinate and collaborate with client and cross-functional / cross-regional teams

  • Logical and analytical mind
  • Quick learner to understand product functionality and map to client requirements
  • Ability to work independently or in teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and articulate in precise manner
  • Possess high energy and drive to take on tasks proactively
  • Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools
  • Software product implementation and support experience
  • Knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions is a plus
  • Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a BIG plus in decision making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field with 6+ years relevant experience
  • Implementation and delivery services software and tools experience
  • Software product implementation experience
  • Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a plus.
