Service Delivery Excellence Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of multiple service stations within the assigned cluster ensuring seamless customer handover and experience
- Maintain consistent service quality standards and implement best practices across all managed locations to drive after-sales service performance improvement initiatives
- Monitor and improve service delivery processes, customer experience, and operational excellence through data analysis and market trend identification
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards while providing superior customer service delivery across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from sales to after-sales service
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in automotive after-sales service management
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or Diploma in Automobile Engineering
