Job Title:

  • Oversee clinical operations for assigned Phase studies in India, collaborating with sponsor teams and regulatory consultants.
  • Manage site-level engagement, PSSV, SIV, patient recruitment, and data collection processes to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
  • Ensure study milestones are met, including First Patient First Visit (FPFV) and clean database targets, while maintaining ongoing risk assessment and driving mitigation strategies across sites.
  • Clinical Trial Managers must coordinate regulatory submissions and ethics committee approvals, ensuring alignment with local EC timelines.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of clinical research experience with at least 3 years in an independent CTM role, preferably with exposure to AIIMS or government research centers.
  • Strong working knowledge of GCP, ICH, and CDSCO guidelines, along with proficiency in CTMS, EDC, and eTMF systems is a plus.
