Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all aspects of clinical research studies from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  2. Develop and implement rigorous recruitment strategies to screen, recruit, and enroll eligible participants according to study protocols.
  3. Foster trust with study participants by obtaining informed consent and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and institutional policies.
  4. Schedule study visits, perform study assessments, and collect study data accurately and in a timely manner, leveraging technology to streamline processes.
  5. Cultivate effective communication with study participants, principal investigators, study sponsors, and other study team members, facilitating collaboration and resolving issues promptly.
