Job Overview

We are seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to oversee and coordinate vendor qualification, review, and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor audits, risk assessments, and evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain a vendor rating system for raw materials.
  • Coordinate the comparison of regulatory documents across vendors.
  • Analyze development reports, evaluate process improvements, and implement changes.
  • Review user trial and LDR reports to ensure compliance.
  • Provide KSM and intermediate documents to the regulatory department.
  • Manage vendor queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance principles and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
