About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vendor Performance Specialist to drive medium-to-long-term improvements within our Vendor Performance function.

  • The ideal candidate will execute vendor chargeback processes, manage vendor inquiries, and analyze data to identify and address issues.
  • Liaising with Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, and Merchandising teams is crucial for resolving vendor issues efficiently.
  • This role also involves partnering with Merchandising, Supply Chain Planning, and Replenishment to improve vendor performance and provide critical data insights.
  • The successful candidate will prepare management-level reports, handle categories, and support (Sr.) Analysts with data and reporting tasks.
  • This position requires assisting in developing process improvement recommendations, managing end-to-end implementation, and coordinating monthly vendor performance feedback sessions.

A strong analytical mindset, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is essential for this role. The ability to dive deep into areas of opportunity and develop solutions is key to driving strategic improvement initiatives for vendor compliance performance.


Key Responsibilities

The Vendor Performance Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Executing vendor chargeback processes and managing vendor inquiries regarding chargebacks.
  • Proactively analyzing vendor data to identify and address issues.
  • Liaising between Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, and Merchandising teams to resolve vendor issues quickly.
