Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Windows Tier3 Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues, and working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in handling T3 technical support in Windows OS, O365, and M365 Apps
  • Proficiency in Windows Reimage (device enrollment) configuring work profiles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD and Groups
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair Windows systems using CMD advanced diagnostics mode
  • Experience with device encryption (Bitlocker device encryption)
  • Knowledge of Crash plan backup
  • Experience with Sw Installations/uninstallations
  • Proficiency in O365 and M365 Apps
  • Experience with Onedrive online and Sharepoint
  • Ability to join machines over Azure AD
  • Knowledge of Windows Registry
  • Experience with Group Policies
  • Proficiency in RDP
  • Knowledge of Wired and Wireless Authentication
  • Experience with Antivirus Enterprise
  • Sound knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite troubleshooting
