Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Windows Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers.
About the Role:
- Proactively address customer issues escalated from lower-level teams and drive solutions to resolution.
- Conduct thorough research, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and identification of solutions to resolve system-related problems.
- Effectively escalate unresolved issues with internal and external vendor teams using a structured approach.
- Maintain and troubleshoot systems within our domain network.
- Deploy and configure operating systems and systems within the domain.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling T3 technical support for Windows OS, O365, and M365 Apps, including expertise in:
- Windows Reimage (device enrollment) and configuring work profiles.
- Microsoft Azure AD and Groups.
- Windows recovery and repair via CMD advanced diagnostics mode.
- Device encryption (Bitlocker device encryption).
- Crash plan backup.
- Software installations/uninstallations.
- O365 and M365 Apps.
- OneDrive online and SharePoint.
- Joining machines over Azure AD.
- Working with Group Policies.
- RDP.
- Wired and Wireless Authentication.
- Antivirus Enterprise.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in handling T3 technical support in Windows OS, O365, and M365 Apps.
