We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to handle Tier 3 technical support for Windows OS, O365 and M365 Apps.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in troubleshooting system issues, maintaining system health, and configuring systems within the domain network.
Key Responsibilities:- Taking ownership of customer issues escalated from L2 team and seeing problem through to resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
- Escalating unresolved issues with vendor teams and internal teams using a professional and structured approach.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows Reimage and configuring work profiles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD and Groups.
- Experience with Windows recovery and repair via CMD advanced diagnostics mode.
- Device encryption (Bitlocker device encryption).
- Crash plan backup.
- Software installations/uninstallations.
- O365 and M365 Apps.
- OneDrive online and SharePoint.
