Technical Support Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Support Expert to join our team.

  • This is a full-time role requiring exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address recurring problems, implementing process improvements where possible.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products and services, staying current with the latest features and advancements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is essential, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and services, including Windows and M365.
  • Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals) are a plus.
