Job Title: Windows Infrastructure Engineer

Our company is a leading cybersecurity organization dedicated to protecting the digital world. We are seeking a skilled Windows infrastructure engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Maintain and configure Windows services platform and infrastructure
  • Implement and support Windows servers, Active Directory, and DNS in cloud and on-premise infrastructure
  • Provision, configure, and support resilient cloud deployment architecture
  • Manage scalability, capacity planning, redundancy, and resiliency
  • Ensure service availability and performance SLAs
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based servers and client systems
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
  • Implement and maintain security measures
  • Perform routine backups and implement disaster recovery procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Provide technical support to users
  • Remediate known vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with IT teams for services integration
  • Contribute to documentation related to design, deployment, validation, operations, and DR/BCP
  • Design proactive service monitoring, alerting, and trend analysis of underlying infrastructure


Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and security hardening
  • Strong understanding of Windows infrastructure, cloud computing, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
