Job Overview
As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on monitoring and investigating logs across Windows, VMWare, and HyperV platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and investigate system logs to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using KEDB or escalate to senior team members if unresolved.
- Document all actions, updates, and outcomes in a centralized ticketing system.
- Evaluate and improve existing escalation procedures and SLA tracking processes.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in engineering or science and experience in OS 201, Windows Server, and VMware certifications. Ideal candidates should possess excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in patch management, storage allocation, and server maintenance.
- Familiarity with clustering, antivirus tools, and scripting automation.
