Job Title:

Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production systems and services.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to plan and execute maintenance activities to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with established protocols and standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of database technologies, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing.
  • Experience with data modeling techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages used in database development.
  • Knowledge of relevant operating systems and their interaction with database systems.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business owners to implement new technologies from a functional standpoint.
  • Collaborate with SRB teams to ensure all technologies under the service owner portfolio are active and managed throughout their lifecycle.
  • Work with ISO teams to set up user management, profiles, and access policies.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects to ensure business needs are met in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of database administration, including Oracle, MS SQL, and DB2.
  • Good understanding of scripting languages, such as YAML, JSON, and Power Shell.
  • Experience with IAM tools, including OKTA, Centrify, and CyberArk.
