Job Title: SCCM Administrator with Windows Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCCM administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows server 2012, 2016, and 2019.

The selected candidate will be responsible for patching Windows servers using SCCM, upgrading the operating system to Windows Server 2019, and managing SCCM, Active Directory, vSphere, IIS, SMTP, SFTP, FTP, and Server Hardware.

The successful candidate will also have hands-on experience automating processes through scripting using Python and PowerShell, configuring and troubleshooting DNS/DHCP/WSUS/SCCM/AV GPOs, and supporting day-to-day operational issues and runtime operations.

In addition, the candidate should have extensive hands-on experience on AWS, including spinning up EC2, patching in AWS, SSM, security groups, disk expansions in AWS using AWS tools, and communicating complex topics to stakeholders.

The job requires a basic understanding of VMware and hands-on experience on Vcenter – patching, performance upgrades, and ability to manage switches and related configuration.

Adept at troubleshooting issues in migration, ESXi slowness, HBA issues, and able to use VROPS. Basic vendor management – support model (Dell, HP) and Hyperconverged infrastructure understanding is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows server 2012, 2016, and 2019
  • Patching Windows servers using SCCM

Qualifications:

  • College degree in a technical field or equivalent industry-related experience
  • AWS certification is an added plus
  • MICROSOFT certification is an added plus
  • VMWARE certification is an added plus
