Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Software Development Lead.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand functional requirements thoroughly and analyze client needs in the context of the project.
  • Envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
  • Determine and implement design methodologies and tool sets.
  • Enable application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
  • Lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
  • Create, understand, and validate WBS and estimated effort for given modules/tasks, and justify it.
  • Address issues promptly, respond positively to setbacks, and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Give constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations.
  • Help the team troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs.
  • Develop solutions to any issue raised during code/design review and justify the decision taken.
  • Carry out POCs to ensure suggested designs/technologies meet requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, system testing, solution delivery, and UAT support.
  • Experience in custom Web Services development using T4EA to create Teamcenter objects and send them in JSON format to ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience in Pipeline Designer development.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations, to gather data, feedback, and insights.
  • Proven ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence within the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
