We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our team. This is a senior role that requires extensive experience in software development, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software systems using Java 8 or higher, Spring Framework (Core/Boot/MVC), Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Lead the implementation of back-end development projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to envision and define the overall solution for functional and non-functional requirements, identifying technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
  • Conduct design methodologies and tool sets, coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities to enable application development.
  • Coordinate unit testing, production rollouts, and troubleshooting complex bugs.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with messaging systems like Kafka, REST APIs, caching systems (e.g., Redis), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services (Apache CXF, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, SOAP, REST), relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), DevOps tools (Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, Jenkins, Chef), build automation tools (Maven, Ant, Gradle), and UML and design patterns.

In addition, candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying updated on industry trends is also essential.
