This role requires an individual who can provide day-to-day support for all recruitment functionalities, including job requisitions, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, offer approvals and hiring workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of user access permissions and troubleshoot issues related to recruitment processes.

  • Configure and maintain recruiting templates, interview guides, candidate statuses and workflow approvals.

  • Manage integrations with external job boards and other modules within the SuccessFactors platform.

  • Analyze recruitment reports to inform HR and management strategies on talent acquisition.

  • Additionally, this role will involve supporting Learning Management System (LMS), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) and Career Development initiatives.

  • Recruitment software and tools
  • Candidate sourcing and pipeline management
  • Interview process optimization
  • Workforce planning and forecasting
  • Communication and stakeholder management
