Renewal Cycle Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to process customer renewals for software subscription products. The ideal candidate will ensure high customer satisfaction during the renewal cycle, maintain accurate data, and partner with sales and account managers to deliver exceptional customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewal opportunities.
  • Notify and assist customers with migrating to new platforms at the time of renewal.
  • Find and execute upsells within the customer base.
  • Ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with finance teams to collect payment.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with automation tools using AI.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal (telephone) and written (email) communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications.
  • Preferred experience working with CRM systems.
  • Self-starter with high energy, positive attitude, and customer focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • PREFERRED experience in AI tools.
