Job Title: Quote Renewal Specialist

A renowned organization invites applications for a Quote Renewal Specialist role. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing quotations and renewals, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledge and experience in the Quoting process, preferably in IT Support industry.
  • Knowledge on concepts like Pricing, Discounts, Gross Margin, Purchase Order
  • Understanding of Vendor, Seller, Buyer, Customer etc.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues.
  • Build training curriculum & Work Instructions.
  • Identify and communicate insights on the process/domain decisions and share opportunities for continuous process improvement
  • Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer-facing root cause assessment.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a BPO environment.
  • Any bachelor's degree.
  • Very good knowledge on MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience in working on Quotations process, Service Contract Renewal process.
  • Understanding of processes like Agreements, Amendments, Pricing, licensee, pricing sheets, reports etc.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer/Client-facing experience would be handy.

Skill sets:

  • Clear understanding of Quotations Management process. Quote to Order.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with internal customers.
  • Sound analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
  • Training experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience in creating knowledge bases would be an advantage.
