Job Title: Renewable Energy Operations Specialist
Job Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Renewable Energy Operations Specialist is to ensure the efficient and quality execution of solar installation projects at various project sites. This involves overseeing, coordinating, and supervising daily activities to meet project timelines and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily solar PV system installation activities.
- Verify adherence to technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track project progress and ensure timely material delivery to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and promote a safe working environment.
- Ensure accurate earthing, module mounting, cabling, and inverter installations according to industry best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting on-site technical issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Conduct initial system testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain detailed work progress reports to facilitate effective decision-making.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components.
- Familiarity with project planning tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
