Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our customer service team and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in both Spanish and English. Previous experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
