Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to manage our organization's EHS programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and implement effective EHS management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement EHS strategies that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive EHS management system.
  2. To conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  3. To provide training and guidance to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
  4. To investigate incidents and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
  5. To collaborate with senior management to develop and implement EHS strategies that support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong background in industrial safety, NEBOSH certification, and any engineering degree.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
