Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Executive Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance of process equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for process equipment, including vial filling, vial washing, tunnel, isolators, and HVAC systems.
  • Breakdown Maintenance: Respond to breakdowns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines while performing all activities.
  • Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues and communicate relevant EHS concerns to concerned personnel.
  • Spares Management: Manage spares inventory for all process equipment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Develop and submit purchase requests with detailed spare and work information.
  • Coordinate with vendors for contracted equipment maintenance.
  • Execute running projects, new projects, and plant extension works.
  • Prepare equipment qualification documents.
