Senior Technical Lead for Innovative Rail Signalling Projects

This role offers a unique opportunity to take on new challenges in a cutting-edge field, working with dedicated and solution-driven engineers. As a senior technical lead, you will be responsible for leading the troubleshooting and resolution of technical/quality issues, enhancing customer satisfaction and product performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support technical activities during Product Introduction (PI) and Commissioning phases to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and failures to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Ensure the quality of technical documentation and feedback, maintaining high standards of professionalism and expertise.
  • Drive issue resolution processes and reliability improvements, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage as-maintained product configurations and documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience, demonstrating expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Have several years of technical experience in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering, with a strong understanding of railway safety, reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) and EHS standards.
  • Be familiar with data analytics and product knowledge, applying analytical skills to drive business outcomes.
  • A certification in EHS, DFQ, or Quality Audit is desirable, but not mandatory.
