Our company is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to lead the development of our products from concept to launch. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cross-functional teams to develop new products, manage product lifecycle, and ensure timely launches.
- Collaborate with design, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to define product requirements, ensure quality standards, and optimize production processes.
- Develop and maintain assembly documentation, create Bills of Materials (BOMs), and manage Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes.
- Manage obsolescence of components, track end-of-life products, and coordinate development projects from prototype to mass production phases.
- Verify and release information/documents in JIRA/Confluence and ensure data integrity with OEM-partners.
- 5+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or program management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Proven experience working with vendors, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams.
Candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of product certification requirements such as EN, FCC, CE, and PESO. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Education: B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production Engineering
