Job Description for Senior Engineer

Our company is a leading solar cell and module manufacturer based in India.

We operate advanced facilities with 2 GW cell and 5.1 GW module capacity, and are expanding into TOPCon technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience in production, with a strong background in the solar industry or mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Full Time B. Tech /Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
