Job Opportunity: Senior Production Quality Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Production Quality Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality and safety standards at suppliers and production units, ensuring high-quality products that meet company strategy and global standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and production of top-quality products that align with company strategy and global standards.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of excellence, driving continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes and technical design.
Requirements:
  • Professional qualifications in Production Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge in Manufacturing, Quality Management Systems, and 8D methodology, preferably in Knit area.
  • At least 10 years of experience in related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and improving manufacturing efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of quality management principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and product quality.
