Quality Assurance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Leader to oversee the development and execution of quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance practice, with exposure to Trade Finance platforms and expertise in testing web applications, database, and APIs.

The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding software requirements, preparing test plans, implementing Quality Assurance best practices, and developing automated test scripts using Selenium and BDD framework.

This role requires close collaboration with product developers, direct manager, and engineering peers to develop correct solutions and contribute to forward direction. The Quality Assurance Leader will implement or adhere to coding standards and best practices, demonstrate high attention to detail, and maintain high quality standards.

The Key Requirements for this role include:

  • Proficiency in Functional and Non-Functional testing
  • Experience using Selenium Webdrivers and TestNG
  • Strong expertise in Quality Assurance methodologies
  • Good knowledge of rest API's and Database technologies like SQL server and MySQL
