Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager
Job Description:The role of a Senior Quality Assurance Manager involves overseeing the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure high-quality products, and mentoring junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure high-quality products
- Mentor and guide junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
- 8-10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong understanding of financial domain, capital markets, and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hands-on experience with HP ALM and JIRA
- Knowledge of database testing and complex queries
- Experience in Agile delivery models
- Thorough understanding of test management and defect management processes
- Solid understanding of manual testing processes and methodologies
