Senior Quality Assurance ManagerWe are seeking a senior quality assurance manager to lead our quality assurance efforts for web domain projects. The successful candidate will oversee the quality assurance process, ensure the overall quality of the project and develop test strategies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications.
  • Manage the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance.
  • Oversee testing for web applications serving high-traffic and high-visibility client sites.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in software QA testing role.
  • Good analytical and logical skills to be able to think through new applications and strategise testing.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool.
  • Good understanding of web-based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
