We are seeking a highly skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role that requires exceptional analytical and creative skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years' experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimising ad spend on Facebook and Instagram
  • Building and scaling full-funnel campaigns using real strategy
  • Using spreadsheets and dashboards to analyse CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC and spot trends fast
  • Testing ad creatives and writing compelling hooks, headlines and ad copy that actually converts
  • Producing clear daily reports and being accountable for the numbers

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are highly analytical and confident with maths – you love numbers and logic
  • Can build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance, trends and projections
  • Have an eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative
  • Have a proven track record of delivering results
