Key Role:

The Financial Operations Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the organization's financial activities. This position involves assisting in various financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

">Core Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Support Budgeting & Forecasting activities, providing variance analysis and aiding in the development of budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, assisting in the implementation of internal controls.
  • Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with retention policies.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com), Finance, or related field. Additional certifications like CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA in Finance are advantageous.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the telecom or service industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), GST, and other relevant financial regulations.
