We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead marketing for Amazon India's grocery initiative.

As Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will decipher customer needs and shape cutting-edge ideas, campaigns, and merchandising solutions to elevate their e-commerce experience.

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Impeccable attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Strategic acumen and ability to execute impactful plans.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Clear and compelling communication skills, capable of articulating data insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of product understanding, business dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Marketing Managers responsible for engagement and growth for online grocery.
  • Define and manage engagement strategy and marketing plans for India Grocery.
  • Build a scalable and logical process utilizing historical data and performance standards.
  • Manage the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of key performance indicators.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing strategies for acquisition, growth, merchandising, social media marketing, and other marketing campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports.
  • Experience with basic HTML, website management, and content management systems (CMS).
