Our Network Operations Center is the hub of our organization's technological prowess.

As a pivotal member of this team, you will be responsible for monitoring network systems and diagnosing issues to ensure the stability and performance of our infrastructure.

With a strong foundation in network operations, you will resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Network monitoring using tools such as Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix
  • Proficiency in network protocols like TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, DHCP
  • Security expertise including firewalls, IDS/IPS

Additionally, you should have experience with Windows and Linux environments, as well as cloud technologies. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring network performance and system alerts
  • Analyzing network traffic patterns and identifying potential issues
  • Ensuring all systems and networks operate at peak performance levels
  • Responding promptly to network incidents and alerts
  • Documenting incidents and resolutions in detail
