Job Role

A dedicated IT Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization's IT infrastructure.

This position encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, extending beyond traditional desktop support to encompass proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and comprehensive IT service management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
  • Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks).
  • Handle user inquiries and incidents via our IT helpdesk/ticketing system.
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and security groups within Active Directory/Office 365.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access issues.
  • Support IT projects (cloud migration, system upgrades, security enhancements).
  • Collaborate with external providers for IT services and escalations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
