Network Security Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational mindset, with a focus on availability, performance, and security.

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Specialist to support the design, deployment, and ongoing operations of secure network infrastructure.

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain firewalls, including advanced threat protection and VPN services.
  • Configure and manage load balancers.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot firewall and load balancer performance, logs, and alerts.
  • Perform regular security rule reviews, software upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Assist with incident response and forensic analysis involving firewall and load balancer traffic.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to enforce security standards and support project needs.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in network security roles.
  • Deep hands-on experience with firewalls, including NGFW and VPN features.
  • 2–3 years of operational experience with load balancers.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, and access control concepts.
  • Experience managing security logs and events, and familiarity with SIEM workflows.
  • Ability to perform detailed troubleshooting with packet capture and diagnostics tools.
